Asset Integrity Management
You are here:

The objectives of Asset Integrity Management is to maximise return on assets whilst maintaining stakeholder value and minimising business risks associated with accidents and loss of production. Managing integrity is fundamental to ensure engineered structures and components remain safe and productive for as long as required. Effective inspection and risk management minimises the risk of catastrophic failure, the likelihood of having to take components out of service and supports asset life extension.

The specific sector and nature of the project will determine the most appropriate methodology to adopt. MTIS will create a specific methodology aligned with COMPANY practices, international standards and our own in-house best practice guides. Common types of projects include:

  • Development of AIM documentation
  • Risk Based Inspection (RBI)
  • Condition Management
  • Fitness for Service Assessment
  • Investigation and mitigation of damage mechanisms
  • Life-cycle management and lifetime extension
  • Inspection planning
